I’m an Engineer and Entrepreneur. For the past 5 years, I have been working with innovators to bring new ideas to the market. I do it from all over the World and am originally from Toronto, Canada. Being a nomad isn’t the most productive way of working, but it allows me to understand things from all perspectives.
I also love reading about philosophy, economics, science, and business. Really anything that makes me wiser. I try to stay away from social media to avoid getting sucked into newsfeeds. It doesn’t make me any wiser.
I like to train MMA, travel, meditate, snowboard, hike, tinker with new tech, and push my limits both mentally and physically. It helps keep me sharp. They say a jack of all trades is a master of none. I politely disagree.
I used to really want to build a billion-dollar startup. Until I helped build a half-billion-dollar startup. It’s not the right thing to strive for. Now I really want to build a billion-dollar ecosystem that the investors, employees, participants, and myself never need to ‘exit’ from. I think it’s a better way of life.
It turns out that this is a fairly complex problem to solve. So I decided to start a blog. It helps me organize my thoughts and simplify them. It may also bring more attention to some of the intricacies of solving complex global problems. Not sure how often or what I’ll write about, so we’ll see how it evolves 🚀.
